Window & Glazing Seal Repair
Seals wear out long before glass and frames do. We renew sealants, gaskets and sill flashing on commercial windows and storefronts to stop leaks and drafts.
A sealant renewal program
On buildings where perimeter sealant has failed across many openings, a planned sealant renewal program is more effective than chasing individual leaks. We cut out old sealant, prepare and prime joints, install backer rod and apply sealant matched to the materials and expected movement.
Gaskets and glazing tape
Shrunken gaskets open gaps at corners where water enters. Replacing gaskets, and resealing corners, restores the seal between glass and frame.
Sills and flashing
- Clear blocked weeps
- Repair or add end dams
- Reseal sill joints and corners
