Commercial Glass Installation & Repair in San Jose, CA

Glass for Silicon Valley tenant improvements, storefronts and office buildings, installed to Title 24 and on the build-out schedule, plus repair and replacement when glass breaks or fails.

What happens when you call

Talk to a glazier

Tell us what broke or what you need built. We ask about glass type, opening size, frame condition and whether the space is secure.

Make it safe, then make it right

Broken openings are boarded or temporarily glazed first. Then the opening is measured and the permanent glass is ordered to fit.

Written scope, clean records

You get a line-item estimate and photos of the damage and the finished work for your landlord or insurance carrier.

Glass for South Bay build-outs

Most commercial glass installed in the South Bay goes into tenant improvements. Tech, professional and medical tenants move into second-generation office space and rebuild it around glass: private offices and conference rooms with glass fronts, open collaboration areas separated by glass partitions, and entrance suites with frameless doors. The glass is measured off finished framing and installed in the last weeks before move-in, so coordination matters as much as the product.

We work with general contractors and tenants across San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Milpitas, and we install storefronts and entrances for retail and restaurant tenants at Santana Row, Valley Fair and the neighborhood centers.

Keeping glass off the critical path

Interior and exterior glass both have lead times that can surprise a schedule: tempered glass must be fabricated to exact size, insulated and laminated units take longer, and specialty hardware can be on back order. We release long-lead items off approved drawings, field measure as soon as framing allows, and keep the general contractor posted on delivery dates.

Title 24, seismic and safety glazing

Exterior glazing on new work and most alterations must meet Title 24 energy standards. Storefront and curtain wall systems are detailed with the clearances they need for seismic movement, and glass in doors and other hazardous locations is safety glazing. We build all three into the submittal and the installation.

Office buildings and curtain wall

Many South Bay office buildings from the 1980s and 1990s have window walls and curtain wall with failing seals and fogged units. We replace insulated units, reglaze and reseal existing systems, and replace systems that are past repair.
