Curtain Wall Installation
We install stick-built and unitized curtain wall on office, medical, education and mixed-use buildings, from layout and anchors through glazing and testing.
From layout to glazing
- Survey and layout of embeds and anchor locations
- Anchor installation and mullion setting
- Perimeter flashing and air-barrier tie-ins
- Glazing with gaskets, pressure plates or structural silicone
- Field water testing where specified
Coordination
Curtain wall ties into the structure, roof, slab edges, adjacent cladding and interior finishes. We coordinate embeds and tolerances with the general contractor early and work from approved shop drawings.
Quality control
Structural silicone glazing requires adhesion testing and controlled cure. Pressure-glazed systems need correct gasket installation and torque on pressure plates. We document both.
