Glass Railings
We install engineered glass railing systems for stairs, mezzanines, balconies and atriums, inside and out.
Systems
- Base shoe systems
- Point-supported standoff systems
- Post-and-panel systems
- Top rails and handrails
Engineering and code
Guards must meet height and load requirements, and glass in guards generally must be laminated so it stays in place if one ply breaks. We supply engineered systems with documentation for the building department.
Attachment
Concentrated loads at slab edges and stringers need adequate structure. We coordinate attachment with the general contractor and engineer.
