Doing board-up properly

Good board-up is fastened to the frame or structure, sealed against weather if it will be up for a while, and leaves the building lockable. We document the damage and the board-up for insurance.

Clear polycarbonate or temporary glass keeps a storefront visible and the business open while permanent glass is fabricated.

Pre-storm preparation

For buildings without impact protection, we can pre-cut and label panels so they go up fast before a storm.
